What I have been up to:

I am not to good at this whole blogging thing...life seems to get in the way.  Busy times at work and home.  But still finding time  to stitch!!

Father Christmas by Joan Elliott stitched on Steph's Fabbys "Midnight Tryst"

I just love this design...the little bird and the silver Krenik about drove me crazy though. LOL

Lots of beads and backstitching in the future!

Halloween Luck by Glendon Place stitched on PTP "Eek"

This is such an awesome and fun design to stitch.  No fractional's and those pumpkins at too cute!

I want to keep stitching on this one, really want it done for next year.

Santa's Village by Country Cottage Needleworks

This design is just adorable and just keeps getting cuter with every house.  Wish  I was a faster stitcher, but in time...it will be finished too!

It's perfect weather here in Kansas for staying indoors and stitching....Cold and windy!!  High for today is only supposed to be 27 degrees.

Have a great day everyone!

Sharing some of my finishes

State Fair by Little House Needleworks-- I just
love our local County Fair which is held in July.  I love seeing all the 4-H'ers exhibit their projects and checking out what the Open Class exhibiters have been working on.  Great place to get new and creative ideas.

Black Stallion by Kustom Krafts--stitched in memory of my late Father-in-law...he loved horses and anything Western.

Quaker Christmas by Bygone Stitches...I loved stitching this design.

My Stitching buddy...Ollie

Ollie is an 8 year old shelter rescue cat.  He had been at our local shelter for quite awhile..still haven't figured out why no one wanted him!  He is such a sweetie!!  He picked us...my son picked him up and Ollie wrapped his paws around his neck and started purring.  A  purrfect match!!

Ok...so after reading and following fellow bloggers for years, I finally took the step to start my own blog!!  Thanks to all for the encouragement.  Just a couple of projects that I am working on now.

This is only 2 of many...I am a serial starter...just need more time to stitch!  Hopefully this blog will encourage me to stitch more and share my love of stitching with fellow bloggers.
